Doctor’s Visit

Bev:

Doctor’s visit had positive outcome for a change.  Blood pressure was 120 / 70.  Edmund attributes the low measurement to tae kwon do, and I wholeheartedly agree.  Edmund predicts that if I continue to train consistently in tae kwon do I will be just as slim, fit, and healthy as he is.
